After losing over 30 kg and earning a swimming championship while competing nationally in basketball and volleyball, Saba discovered her true passion for fitness, rehabilitation, and human movement. Her journey began with self-study, earning her certification as a personal trainer through ACE, along with specialties in weight management and functional training.
Motivated to deepen her knowledge, she transitioned into kinesiology, graduating from the University of British Columbia as a registered kinesiologist. She is now a Registered Manual Osteopathic Practitioner, having completed her studies at the National Academy of Osteopathy. Saba is also a certified Pilates instructor and incorporates Pilates-based principles into many of her rehabilitation and training sessions to enhance core strength, mobility, and postural alignment.
She has completed a wide range of additional training, including courses in nutrition, myofascial release, rehabilitation, and high-performance coaching. Her diverse experience spans working with the general population, semi-professional athletes, pregnant individuals, diabetics, and clients with disabilities such as spinal cord injuries and accident-related trauma.
A strong advocate of the mind-body connection, Saba integrates mindfulness, breathwork, and body awareness techniques into her practice. Her mission is to provide personalized, evidence-informed care, continually grow her expertise, and support her clients in living healthier, more connected lives.
